Nicole Richie {Love her Style}

Nicole Richie has already translated her trendsetter status into a full-fledged career as a designer. I love her sense of style, whether walking on the street with her family, attending a launch party on the red carpet, she always looks incredibly chic & stylish.

Nicole Richie is fiercely fashionable especially at the launch of her new collection House of Harlow 1960 line at David Jones on May 25 in Sydney.

One of her biggest highlights in her career is she's teamed up with Jessica Simpson and John Varvatos who are mentors on "Fashion Star", a new reality competition show. Nicole will guide aspiring designers who hope to become the next big brand in fashion. Elle Macpherson will host the show on NBC America (season 1 complete 10 episodes). This show airs in Australia on Channel 11 Monday nights at 8:30pm!

Blake Lively for Bullet Magazine

If you like Blake Lively like me she is featured in the new summer 2012 issue of Bullet Magazine, wears Lanvin, Chanel, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Cushnie et Ochs outfits, talks working with Oliver Stone and more below.

On working with director Oliver Stone in Savages: “Oliver is by no means a cheerleader. His movies very much reflect the strong, aggressive powerhouse that he is, so he’s not cooing at you along the way. It was challenging because you want to feel like you can do no wrong, especially with your director, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. It’s not a good thing or a bad thing – it’s just the way he works.”

On relationships: “I’m slow to build friendships, but they always end up being long and lasting. The way that I meet people is the same way that I’ve always met people. It might be weird if I was on JDate, but I’m not, so that’s good. I meet so many people in passing at parties, but I’ve never been a person who’s like, I know I just met you, but let’s exchange numbers and be best friends.”

On the eventual series finale of Gossip Girl: “I think the best way to describe it is like someone who really enjoyed high school, and is like, I’m a senior and I can’t wait for the next thing! Gossip Girl was so great, but what’s the next challenge in life? Because, you know, six years is a long time. And as an actor who plays a caricature of myself on the show, I don’t think I’d say, Watch Gossip Girl for my best quality of work. But I am very lucky to have had that experience.”

The Month of June!

Dear Social Friends,

It's been a while since my last post and I apologise for my lack of blogging. It's been crazy busy in my life right now with so many functions and occasions... Last month I celebrated my husbands birthday 27 May 2012!

So for his birthday I bought him beats by dr. dre white studio headphones - he loved them!

Now it's my turn and I'm counting down the days for my BIG 30 on 30 June 2012! My husband is planning to throw me a big party and the theme is fancy dress... mmmm I have no idea who to go as :-S

So this week we'll be busy handing out invites.. JOY

As we say goodbye to Autumn we welcome Winter! I love winter fashion on men and women, big coats, fur jackets, winter boots and wrap around scarves. We have definitely felt the cold weather this year. I have made a winter styling fashion collage that I have picked, all images found on Pinterest.
